Kat Hudson, MA, MBACP, HCPC reg. Integrative Arts Psychotherapist
Sessions and Fees
Sessions take place at the same time and location each week, either in person or online. I am based at the London Art Therapy Centre in Kings Cross, and HQ Therapy Rooms in Dalston, Hackney.
Any risks, due to Coronavirus will be continually monitored and our safety prioritised. Changes to our circumstances would respect our individual needs, and the measures required would be clearly outlined.
Fees
Sessions are weekly, lasting for 50 minutes and cost £70 in person or £65 online *. Payments can be made via bank transfer, either after every session or in monthly blocks, depending on your circumstances and what is most convenient for you.
I offer concessions to students or those who are unemployed or on a low income. Spaces are subject to availability so please feel free to contact me for further information.
* Please note that if in person sessions are agreed from the outset, any (one-off) sessions that need to take place online would still be charged at the in person rate.
Cancellations
We would ensure that your sessions are arranged at a day and time that is agreed by both of us. This is to maintain their consistency, which can feel safe and regulating and is an integral part of the therapeutic process.
I ask that you allow 3 working days' notice of any cancellations. Cancellations made within less notice would need to be charged at the full cost of the session.
Bookings and starting therapy
If you would like any further information or to discuss any questions you may have, we can arrange an initial 20 minute consultation, which would take place over the phone or online (through zoom). This consulation would be free of charge.
If you decide you would then like to start a course of therapy, I will offer you an initial assessment, lasting 1 hour. This will be charged at the standard rate of a session, and your sessions will resume after then. I often suggest that we review our sessions after 6 weeks to get an idea of how things are going and whether you would like to continue therapy. We would then agree on a length of ongoing treatment that works for both of us.
I can be contacted either directly via email: khudson.artspsychotherapy@gmail.com; or through the form on my Contact page.
