Sessions and Fees
Any risks, due to Coronavirus are continually monitored, and our safety would be discussed/ prioritised.
Sessions are weekly, lasting for 50 minutes and cost £70 in person or £65 online *. Payments can be made via bank transfer, either after every session or in monthly blocks, depending on your circumstances and what is most convenient for you.
I offer concession rates to students or those who are unemployed or on a low income. Spaces are subject to availability so please feel free to contact me for further information.
* Please note that if in person sessions are agreed from the outset, any (one-off) sessions that need to take place online would still be charged at the in person rate.
We would ensure that your sessions are arranged at a day and time that is suitable for both of us. This is to enable consistency, which can feel safe and regulating, and is an integral part of the therapeutic process.
I would need to charge a holding fee for all sessions cancelled. This would be £20 for in person sessions; or a lower fee for online sessions and sessions charged at concession rates. For further information, please feel free to contact me.
I ask that you allow 3 working days' notice of any cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice would need to be charged at the full rate of the session. Extenuating circumstances can be discussed/ agreed from the outset; and a change of session time can be considered, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Bookings and starting therapy
If you would like any further information or to discuss any questions you may have, we can arrange an initial 20 minute consultation, which would take place over the phone or online (through zoom). This consulation would be free of charge.
If you decide you would then like to start a course of therapy, I will offer you an initial assessment, lasting 1 hour. This will be charged at the standard rate of a session, and your sessions will resume after then. I often suggest that we review our sessions after 6 weeks to get an idea of how things are going and whether you would like to continue therapy. We would then agree on a length of ongoing treatment that works for both of us.
